Directions & Parking
Located in Detroit's University Cultural Center just north of
downtown near the I-75/I-94 interchange. Click

underground lot located on the DIA's SW corner at Woodward at
Farnsworth, or behind the DIA in the John R St. lot. Please
use the Woodward entrance. The DIA is wheelchair accessible
at the Kirby Street entrance.
Valet Parking
Valet parking is available at the Woodward Avenue entrance to
the museum for a $6 charge.
Tickets
Tickets to the exhibition include museum admission and audio
tour.
Adults: $12
Youth, ages 6-17: $6
Children age 5 and under are free.
Groups (20 or more): $10
General public tickets can be purchased online or on-site at
the DIA Box Office. A $3.50 per ticket convenience & handling
charge applies to all tickets except those sold on-site at the
DIA Box Office. There are no refunds. Same day ticket availability

Audio Tour
The Gerard ter Borch audio tour is free with admission
and features both an adult and youth version. Featuring both
the artist’s portraits and genre scenes, the audio tours
highlight Ter Borch’s unique ability to depict lush
fabrics. The adult tour is narrated by director Graham W.J.
Beal and includes excerpts from interviews with Dr. Arthur
K. Wheelock, curator of Northern Baroque Painting at the National
Gallery of Art, Washington. The youth tour features a conversation
between a young boy and girl as they look at the paintings
and decipher their mysteries and meaning.

CaféDIA features specialty food stations for soups
and breads, salads, deli sandwiches, hot entrees, grilled
meat and fish, pizza and desserts.

Serving Starbuck's coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water,
bottled juice, muffins, breads, cookies, brownies, and lemon
bars.
The coffee bar is closed on Friday evenings.
