The visit to the Detroit Institute of Arts gave
the students valuable insight into Asian art.
The students were able to better understand the
correlation between the works of art and the
people in China, Korea, and Japan.
Working with the art teacher was an
interesting experience because it gave me the
opportunity to work in a different environment
and team-teach with someone I normally would not
have too much contact with. It was fun getting
students to see the correlation between history
and art.
